Dr. Mulligan began his new position earlier this month and will balance his own ongoing practice demands at Chapa De Indian Health Service while acting as liaison with the Medical Staff, its leaders, and the hospital Medical Directors to improve patient care processes and physician satisfaction at Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital.

A member of the Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital medical staff since 1987, Dr. Mulligan received his medical degree from University of Southern California and completed a postgraduate training with a Family Practice residency at Mercy Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.
